Hi, I've been selling software via paypal(jvzoo) for some time and always have some sort of a refund policy for people who may have bought something by mistake. But been selling quite a lot lately and while 95% of all sales work out great, some people want a refund and I never made any issues out of this, but the thing is, some 2% of people instead of contacting me for a refund, they just go ahead and open paypal disputes of unauthorized payments (while obviously they made the purchase). This apparently creates a history and I'd prefer to keep my paypal account since it's an old one. anyone has been in this situation, what do you do...? I've been thinking about switching to something like clickbank, where there is no direct deposit to my paypal account, or maybe I should just get a second account. thanks for any advice.
