Hello everyone,
I have been getting consistent spam from one particular site, now almost 20 a day and that site has no privacy or contact info, how do i get those guys to stop??

Thanks for you help

Gmail works well for spam filtering, and you can also add your own filters. In fact, most mail packages will let you add a filter to send email containing a particular string straight to the trash. Note that gmail can read other mail systems if they have POP or IMAP access, and you still get the benefit of gmail's spam filtering.

Thanks a lot, I will look into that :) sorry for a newbie question.

what if I want to complain about that spammar i.e. to his host or to the IP provider.

How do I do that?

Gmail is great for spam. Every time I
check mine there is always a link to
click on for me to get new recipes like
spam wraps, spam tortillas, spam sushi,
and spamburgers. :D

If your not using gmail and you have cpanel hosting you can turn on SpamAssassin to reduce spam. Gmail is much better but if you have regular email accounts with your domain names then it will cut the spam way down and is free.

I have many email accounts that I have to check and the ones that use spamassassin still get spam so I use a program called mailwasher that checks the mailserver for each email account so you can see everything that is on the mailservers for all email accounts on one window. It learns and will automatically mark most of the spam messages as spam so then you hit the delete button and it deletes all the spam messages from the servers before you open your email software.

You can also bounce messages back if you wish.

It makes it easy to get rid of the spam that does get through if you have a lot of email accounts.
