How do you guys come up with niches?

I am finding it hard to come up with a niche that I would be able to use for Youtube + PPD,

to those people who have several niches at a time, how do you come up or find your niches? I want to find my own niches but I am not sure how to find ones with low competition that will still give decent traffic and result in leads.

Any niche you find, can actually be converted. Just givin my 2 cents, although I'm learning myself as well.

If you browse YouTube long enough it's not hard to find a niche. Of course you won't instantly know if it will be profitable, with any niche you'll need to test it out first before investing lots of time and money. Look at things on YouTube that you want or have wanted in the past. By doing this you'll start seeing related videos at the side that will either give you ideas on possible niches or give you the WTF am I watching feeling

If you try this and still haven't found any decent niches, then try seeing what your friends or family want. You can pick up niche ideas from Word of Mouth.

I've seen things on YT before like trailers for new movies and I think about maybe creating a landing page for them and offering tickets to see it in the cinema, there are cinema ticket CPA offers that you could use for this. The same goes for Xbox game trailers, you could do the same except offer Beta Codes and content lock the page. YT is full of ideas if you look in the right places

Using LongTailPro. Just create Google adwords account , log in LongTailPro and search for a word, it will come with 1000s of niches that you can select. For example search for software and see what combo's you get with it.

Research after research after research, alltough.. im not into ppd + cpa.

Copying other people can work quite nicely. Look on other websites promoting PPD links and rip off them.

There are many ways to find niches. You can copy other peoples niches or make your own. Search "Hack" or "Cheats" on youtube and you will see many niches. Just find one that catches your interest and then check on google and youtube to see competition.
