How do you grow so much organically ?

Hi guys,

I've read stories of guys earning more than 500+ followers a day organically at only 100k followers. I mean... How do you do that ? I will give you an example of an authority account in my niche (fitness) :

He's getting only 600-800 followers a day on a 800k account and pictures getting between 15-25k likes.

How can you organically grow 500 followers at 100k and maybe 2-4k likes when someone with such an account doesn't do much more than 500 ?

It's a question that worries me because I'm currently growing a fitness acc (16k) at a rate of 600 followers a day (doing follow/unfollow) and when I reach 100k I would like to let it grow organically but if it get only 50-100 followers a day, that would be useless !

How can someone with a 100k account with 2-4k likes per photo can have a similar follower growth to a 800k account with 15-25k likes per picture ?

100K is a looooong way from 800K followers. You better have some awesome photos.
