I have seen accs like "Amazing world" having huge numbers of people in their circles and I want to know how in the first place they even changed their name to this?When I tried to change my name to "Earth pictures" I couldn't because they demand from me to use real name?

Try sharing informative posts on your G+ profile... Add various people to your circles.. it will take time..for the people in your circles to increase and follow you..

Well is it a page or profile? I have a profile with my real name, then pages under my profile named Amazing Facts and etc.

What I'm doing is?
Make a natural looking female profile, Add Photo, and complete the profile..
Follow some people (mainly females) then Do 1 thing.. Share what people likes not always present yourself as marketer.. Share useful stuff related to your theme - Just like Content Curation.
Then You'll see big flow of friends in your circle.
It's all about HOW you present yourself on Social Community and how much time you spend on it.
Manual performance over Social networks is only the genuine way to get real fans/followers/friends.

Follow people and add them to a Circle.
Wait a period of time and see if they follow you back.
If they aren't active and they haven't followed you back, then consider removing them from your Circles.

Profiles/Google accounts need a real name. However, like what was mentioned any pages you create can be named into what you want. It is important that you complete your profile as well as your pages. Be descriptive as possible and use your keywords. Do not forget to join communities and post frequently.
