How do you give rep?

I cant seem to see how you give rep?

I clicked on FAQ at the top but it just goes to the homepage.

There are a few other threads explaining this.

Here's basically how it works:

• Your a newbie member till you have 50 posts and then become a regular member.
• Your a regular member till 100 posts and then become a junior member.
• You have to become a junior member before you can join Jr.VIP.

1. newbie can't give rep.
2. regular member can give rep (starts at Rep power: 0)
3. junior member can give +rep (starts at Rep power: 1)
4. Jr.VIP and higher can give + or - rep (leaves comment and adds or subtracts rep points).

The GiveRep button doesn't get displayed until a member has ability to use it.
Also once you can give rep, you have a rep power. Rep Power is displayed to the right side of your screen next to where it says 'Welcome back UserName' on the home page.

• Rep Power: 0 (leaves comment but doesn't add to rep points).
• Rep Power: 1 (leaves comment and adds 1 to rep points).
• Rep Power: 2 (leaves comment and adds 2 to rep points).
• etc.
