How do you get trafficvance to show popups/popunders

Hi,

I want to see my competitor's ads on trafficvance. I installed the gamevance software on my machine. The process appears to be running in the background. However, in the last 2 weeks I have not seen a single popup window while browsing the internet. I don't have any type of popup blocker or adware program installed on that machine.

Any advice?
