How Do You Get More New Customers?

Hey BHW,

I’m already working in this space and have some regular clients, but now I want to expand and get more new customers consistently.

What strategies do you guys recommend for attracting fresh clients?
  • Should I focus more on outreach?
  • Build authority through SEO/content?
  • Or try partnerships/agencies for bulk orders?
Would love to hear what’s been working for you — every bit of advice helps!

You are selling reviews? Try partnering with agencies that can give you regular orders. You gotta have something to offer that those agencies can't do.
 
Getting partnership for bulk orders is a better idea and fast one to start getting profit in business.
But sometimes the agencies are picky about the work done. Keep in mind what you are promising to give them.

Yeah, I am trying to do that as they could get me bulk orders. But are there any other ways other than this

Yeah, you are right about this as I have been in touch with many agencies and they are too much picky and also give an very small turnaround time to complete the project.

Sell it on marketplace like bhw, you need a jrvp or similar upgrade to open a sales thread.
 
I think working with agencies for big orders is a great idea, and you can try outreach by building awareness to make sales,

but it won’t work without trust, so offer value to customers and use lead magnets to attract them.
 
Extract the contact information of businesses with a significant number of negative reviews, email them, and pitch your service.

Always looking for more agencies to partner with. The problem is, sometimes they bounce if even one service doesn't work out well.

You are right for that but the thing is that Most people don't See emails i have tried to reach out to people via Email but no response

Now would be focusing on to get a Number and doing cold calling or approaching them via WhatsApp

You are right regarding that & sometimes even Agencies get their work done and dont pay for the service.

Thats why i am looking for a reliable Agency which could get me orders and also pay me.
 
What way do you currently get customers?

It doesn't make sense to go from one acquisition channel that works to another where you'd have to learn new things and thus it'll be extremely risky.

For example.

If you get customers from cold outreach then moving to content would require a completely different skill set which will take time, effort and sometimes money to learn.

Usually inconsistent customers is a result of not doing anywhere near the volume required.

(Irrespective of acquisition channel.)

Say you're doing 10 cold emails a day.

What stops you from doing 10x that so 100 a day?

Cold outreach is the cheapest but it requires a lot of time and you'll be hearing rejection more often especially if you do cold calling but you'll improve extremely quickly.

You are right regarding that but you see that i am currenly doing cold emailing but it have been 2-3 weeks since i started but no response nothing

and you see that the thing which is stoping me to do this is that i need to find full buisneeses and thier correct emails many emails are just rubish and it takes time to send them an email as i personalise them see whats the problem with them and more things.

But i belive that you are right regarding why to go to another thing and teach my self another skill set. I would now try to get more into this and would aslo try to send over more Emails.

How many cold emails did you send in those 3 weeks in total?

A good phrase to remember is: "Volume negates luck."

No worries matey.

Once you get jr VIP you can add a BST as a new acquisition channel if you want to.

It wouldn't take so long to set up and it's easy to do as per the BST rules.

Good luck with your business though.

Don’t underestimate LinkedIn, it’s a goldmine if you approach right
 
I have a shop in Telegram, almost everyday, there are new customers to my shop because I pay for plugging services where someone will send 5-15 ads (shop info, products + prices) to Marketplace GCs or Buy and Sell Groups. I also hire resellers.
