How do you get decent quality Web 2.0's done?

What sort of backlinks would you suggest?

I hand-build my web 2.0's for my clients, with original content, hand-written by me for that site. Create good quality, highly relevant but conversational content that will pass a manual review. Then for Tier 2/3 I use my "linkboost" package for clients, which is a mix of profile, comment, spun web 2.0, video, etc, links.

So basically make your Tier 1 Web 2.o IMPECCABLE. That way you can trust it will not get deleted and then invest in some lower quality links.
