How do you get content for Instagram accounts?

How do people get content for Instagram accounts? If you have a lot of accounts, (>20) it seems difficult to do manually, even if you are just taking them from other people's accounts.

Are there any scripts for this? Do people pay contractors to do this?

Do you worry about getting copyright claims or Instagram banning you for copyright?

I'm no expert, but this is what I do. I get my contents from Tumblr and other's Ig accounts and I usually give credits (only for IG). I just started out with IG so for now I manually scrape my contents.

I set 1 account to scrape pics from selected users, like 20 of them, let it scrappe for a few days, look what i'v got so far, pick the most quality and then set up my other accounts to publish.

try use this tools, Instagram Downloader from iWeSoft goggle it... its a good free tools to harvest someone else content

I personally find it harder to come up with text for the captions... with images I go to tumbler and google images, but what about the captions? What is your advice?

Do you have budget on it.? if you dont have just paste from any source they usually comes up with the good caption

Most people seem to be getting content from other Instagram accounts. Is this riskier for getting your accounts banned? If the other accounts you scraped from report you then is that worse? Since they are using IG and are in the same niche as you, isn't it likely that they will see their images? Any ideas?
