below is the response they sent me..
I typed in a search on google news looking at any info on david archuleta and this site was on the top http://www.fashion.ie/aggregator/go...s-album-top-amazon-holiday-chart-duet-charice ,
http://www.fashion.ie/ has NO WRITERS named at all, and they have no staff section that I can think of but this blog is basically an aggregator site for fashion and entertainment news. but yet they get approved by google news while my site gets rejected. I have 3 writers who help post up stories, and I get articles submitted by readers of my blog and my newsfeed is associated press articles, just like espn, and other sites have.
Does anyone know how to get approved?
This is what they sent me, but I have a ton of original content on my sports news site, the thing that baffles me is they claim I need all that stuff but if you type in google news a search term many times you get some cheap bloggers site with no Author or writers and they just aggregate news...but yet I cannot get approved?Hi,
Thank you for your note. We reviewed your site and are unable to include
it in Google News at this time. We currently only include articles from
sources that could be considered organizations, generally characterized by
named multiple writers and editors directly associated with a site. When
we reviewed your site we weren't able to find this evidence of an
organization.
Additionally, we don't include sites that don't have a formal
editorial-review process for submitted content. We appreciate your taking
the time to contact us, and we'll log your site for consideration should
our requirements change.
Thanks for your interest in Google News.
Regards,
The Google Team
