How Do You Get A Biz Verified On Google With Other Methods?

So I have been researching how to get a business verified on google if it's not a real business. I have come up with a few different scenarios:

1. Have a local guide post that the address has a business there and then make citations and have the business there for at least 6 months then you MAY be able to phone verify it. That seems to be a big IF and it's not even guaranteed to work. Also you have to build citations that might not even be worth as much if it can't be verified.
2. Pay someone for their address. Now either this can be done on BHW as others have done or it could be done on other sites. This seems to be the best option.

Is there any other method that works other than the 2 above that I am unaware of?

If you can't get google my business verified but you rank within the top 3 in the serps how much does that really effect your traffic at the end of the day? I know that google map adds some legitimacy to a business but can't you generate a great amount of traffic still through being high up on the serps in larger volume areas?

I've been trying to figure it out as well. @Nateolsen has mentioned a couple of times that there are apparently many ways to go about doing it. One thing I read is that you can easily verify businesses without a postcard by becoming a member of the "Google trusted verifier program".

I looked into how to join it but didn't get very far. Maybe @Nateolsen can help us out.

Yeah it seems to me that after googling that "trusted verifier program" it is no longer going. I just really want to know how to get an address that I can build citations around and then get it verified and changing it to servicing customers near me to hide the address to people searching on google. Everything else isn't too hard, but that part is definitely the biggest hurdle. So I am thinking paying someone for their address is one of the only routes.

What places work well for that? As I feel like it might freak people out a little bit to ask to use their address if your asking anywhere else other than BHW.

I really have no idea where you could find something like that. Maybe post a thread in the WTB (want-to-buy) section of BHW? Someone might respond. A guy here who is a Jr. VIP PM'd me saying he sells guaranteed Google business verification without needing a postcard. I think he wanted $260.

There are ways to do it - these people just aren't opening to sharing that info on a public forum. It's understandable though because nobody wants to have this saturated and "patched" by Google.
