Well, it sounds like procrastination is your number one problem. I can relate, as I had similar problems during my University years. However, as hard as it might seem now, procrastination isn't that big of an enemy.

What worked for me is the reward-punishment system. A simple reward might work for you, though, but I guess it depends on what kind of a person you are. I wasn't very motivated, because of external factors, so sitting down to actually study was a constant struggle. If you're like me, you might need to implement punishment as well. I suggest starting small - say to yourself, I'll work for an hour and then I can browse the forum for 20 minutes. Breaks are important for the learning process, so this is beneficial to you either way. However, if you don't go back to studying after your break time is over, you have to implement a suitable punishment (no forum for two days). Later on, you can start adding to your study time and reducing your break time. It's all about willpower, really.

Think of it this way, the sooner you sit down to study, the sooner you can get back to doing the things you love (like the BHW). I wish you the best of luck on your exams. I know they can be tedious, but, they are worth it in the long-haul (in one way or another).
