Testing is what will give you the desired data.
Your target audience are on Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin etc.
Connect with them by making urself visible. How? Offer valuable content in your target niche...to attract an audience be a person of value.

For example the dating niche. I add according to their country. And according to their hobby.
The problem is that it takes quite a lot of time and Instagram detects bots.
I must have multiple Instagram accounts with the safest 1-10 daily follow.
