how do you find relevant blogs for guest posts?

only solid tactic that I found for now is just analyzing competitors in ahrefs , getting's backlinks per domain and reaching to those blogs.
filtering traffic above 10k , dr 30+ filters 90% of pbns

the other method that I found is just searching "technology blog write of us" in google and sending those a message , though I found all these sites for some reason charge way way more money then they should considering their DR and traffic.

For example if for a normal 40DR 20k+ traffic the average price is 100-120$, they try to charge 250-350$ ,
one guy even asked for 750...

First Decide - What is your objective of getting backlinks from guest post websites?

You can contact different resellers or Backlink service providers (BHW -Link Building section ) and ask them website list with Ahrefs DR/RD and Monthly Traffic Stats with price, then choose the website based on your niches. if you find some good quality websites after checking on Ahrefs just ask them to discount for the website Guest Post which you want.

if you ask 5-10 more Guest posts provided you will get lots of High Quality websites at a reasonable price like $50-$100. if the process works thank me later.

From my experience its the only effective way of ranking my website higher and ranking for keywords (besides ofcourse on page work)

small question , do you recommend taking any risk and dealing with PBNs?

besides that , going over competitor blogs its less risk in terms of problematic or pbn sites, i mean if your competitors managed to rank with those blogs then its probably safe to get a links from those sites

google keywords you are ranking for, and prospect blogs that show up in the top 30 positions. Your criteria should consist of blogs that have a good link profile, are ranking for related keywords (blogs with keywords all over the place are not good prospects unless they are absolute authorities). Check their content and be prepared to pay anywhere from $100 - 200 for a real link. I always like it when blogs don't sell links with exact match anchors.

exact match anchor you mean like over optimized anchor that are too good to be true ?
yea I think it definately triggers google seo guidelines for link schemes.

Also regarding the link profile , is there a quick way to verify that it is legit ?
I'm not sure how do you check that , does that mean I neeed an ahrefs account?

Also in ahrefs if they keyword that they are ranking for are all over the place I would stay away also

Exact match means the exact keyword anchor that the post is targeting.

There is no quick way to do it, however, with time you will be able to do it quicker. Just look at the referring domains, and then do a quick analysis of the actual backlinks and see if they are coming from authoritative sources and are in content links not UGC or Forum type links.

You will need either ahrefs or semrush to vet prospects, no way around it. You can get SEMRush accounts in the marketplace for like 10 dollars.

wait , Exact match is bad ? im confused.

if you are targeting a short take keyword (2-3) words , i see no problem in doing exact match in the post, but also needed to rank for those keywords.

it only triggers google when you have super optimized long tale keyword as an anchor
for e.g
"best ranking plumer in oceanside california" ...if you put that as a keyword then its a pretty bad practice as im sure it will triger google guidelines for link scheme

Hey, just to clarify, exact match anchors can be risky if they are over-optimized and don't look natural. Shorter keywords are generally fine, but be cautious with longer, highly-optimized keywords. And yes, having an ahrefs or SEMrush account is helpful for verifying the legitimacy of a website's link profile.
