I am suspecting an affiliate of doing mass typosquatting. When I visit the misspelled url, it redirects to an affiliate link. How do I extract information about the affiliate based on the linkshare url, or any relevant cookies that are place?
Help would be greatly appreciated if you're knowledgeable on the subject.
So for example bloomingdales is the original url and blomingdales is the affiliate redirect url signed up under linkshare. Both are dot com, I don't have enough posts to type the url.
What steps do I take to find the affiliate information?
