How do you even handle 100+ listings?

Just how can you list so many products and control them properly? and how can you get so many suppliers? Im looking to start dropshipping from aliexpress but i have trouble getting my first supplier, of course im not following the arbitrage model, i instead contact directly the suppliers for a better price, do you think it's impossible to succeed on ebay without so many listings? it's kinda discouraging when i see people struggling with so many listings and then i think that i wouldn't even open more than 10 and even then i don't think a supplier has so many products to list. There is something that i misunderstand in this business model. Can anyone make it a bit more clear?

IMO eBay's interface makes it very difficult to manage more than 10-15 listings. And I'm not even a drop shipper!

You can have a store but I would make sure that the items are sell... There is also dropshipping software out there that allows you to go from the site to ebay without much work.
