How do you escape the heat? Especially when there's no air conditioner and no fan either.

No AC No Fan only way to survive this heat

If you don't like the weather, wait an hour.

If you are outside hide under some shade, drink water, jump into a pool/river/ocean, go spelunking are all ways to cool off. Alternatively, you can hop onto a plane, enjoy some AC and fly someone cooler.

If you are directly under the sun's rays, it is recommended that you wear light-coloured clothes (never black, or very dark colours) and moisturise properly.
If you're hot in the house (or anywhere inside), try to get rid of the humidity.
In the absence of AC and a fan, go with the medieval way:

Where r u now? In desert?
When traveling and renting housing, you have to deal with different things :)

From my youth I remember wet sheets hanging indoors.

A week of doing your cardio in the heat will make you acclimated to how climate.

I did this when I first got in the U.S. in Nevada. I couldn't walk on the streets the first few days. A doctor told me to do my workouts in the sun or where it's very hot. In a week I got used to it that I didn't even need an AC.

To keep your house cool I recommend doing these things which most people do the opposite of as they are a tiny bit counter intuative

If you do not have air conditioning

1. Keep your windows, blinds and curtains closed from early morning to early evening. You want to keep cold air in and hot air out.

2. Open you windows late evening and keep open throughout the night.

So many people leave their windows open during a hot day which makes your house hotter!

depends on the current state of the body at the moment and the possibility or impossibility, for objective reasons, to do or not to do this or that.

That's what "he said" )))

The temperature will be lower, as well as less oxygen, and this is much worse for health. For the blood vessels in the brain.

When i am back in the uk, like now, i just go outside.

Just drink a lot of water and sweat like I do :D
If you dont have AC or fan try this. Close the curtains 95% and open windows. Work where is the most shade in your home. Open the front door a little to make a wind current through the house, or you can open a window in the other side if you have one, the idea is to make the air circulate around the house.

Wet cloth and a bucket of ice water. Wipe yourself down every once and a while and let the evaporation do it's thing. Much stronger when you have a fan, You'll be freezing in no time.

Edit: Wet bedclothes work well too, wrap it around you like a cloak. its super thin so when the dampness starts to feel too warm, just take it off and shake it in the air for a few seconds.

Thank you, my friends :)

I used to walk all day (in the mountains too) in 40+ Celsius in the shade with no problem. Fahrenheit is in the neighborhood of 110. And on the beach from morning till night. And now... Immediately you realize that the body has been "growing" over the years.
