im fairly new to instagram as well, i've only been figuring it out for the past t3 days and it seems indeed like it's a pain in the ass..i haven't tried the suggestion my self that i made about using proxycap but i will expirement with it soon using private proxies..instagram doesnt only blacklist just your ip, it seems to leaves footprints on the device it self..i've been getting the ip blacklist error even after changing my router but an un install to bluestacks and instaling it again did the trick and i got to make a new account even with the same ip that i got open proxy eeror message with before i reinstalled bleustacks

when i last tried there was a limit of 10 accs what you'd be able to create using the same install of bluestacks, which seems to be even more strict now from what you wrote

Took me over 3 months to figure out a way to automate ig accs, I tought ig would've came to an end in the process.
