I have a small website that is earning some money and I am currently reinvesting it back into a website to grow it even more. It is already showing some results.

What I realized, since I have a full time job and other obligations, I myself am the choking point when looking to expand. When I read about BassTrackerBoats writing 30+ articles a day I am just in awe of what some people are able to accomplish in a day. I feel like a snail compared to that.

So, the question here is: How do you, experienced guys here, scale your website making? What do you outsource and what not? How much do you pay for these services?

How do you organize everything so you build new websites efficiently and properly? I am aware this knowledge is worth gold :)

Depends on the business. I doubt BTB personally writes 30 articles a day.
Delegate low-level tasks like that to employees. For other stuff, write automation scripts (or hire a programmer).

I'm doing BTB's facebook group posting method right now.. I was posting manually which took up a lot of time I could better use on high-level tasks. Face it, writing comments on groups doesn't take much brain power. I could hire a virtual assistant to do it, but it's something that could be automated by computer. So I went ahead and wrote 100 comments & a bot to grab a random comment and post for me.

Charles Ngo wrote some good blog posts on the subject of hiring. Check them out.
