How can I make a site like this. I often just use WP and not really good at creating a website. I want a landing page to my adult CPA offer as well.

You cannot develop sites like this without good coding knowledge.

what the ? it just redirected me to a porno site.

What is hard about building a site like that ? If you're a guy you should have no problem with finding content for it, you probably have enough already, there are free CMS and scripts that you can use to run the site.

Or just open a project on freelancer/elance/odesk etc

If you know coding than only you can do it. other way is to hire a developer. PM me for more information.
