There is no such tool for finding new keywords. You must be a part of a niche community and always keep an eye on what is being discussed there.
Of course there are tools to find hot trending topics, but you can’t figure out how long a particular trend would last.

Yes many people have recommended google trends.
I've never heard of google alerts, but I'll check it out.

I'll look for topics in popular news and social media, etc.
That's right. I'm in the learning phase right now, and I guess I sounded a little too eager for results. I will try to search a lot so that I can understand the trends.

I'm looking at competitor keywords.
And there are 275 active keywords... and a lot of them are ranking for #1... And 42K traffic... This is not my competitor.
I need to target a lower competitor.

Over time you can still get rank 1 bro. 42k traffic isn’t a lot and neither is 275 keywords. But competition also depends on keywords you want to rank for and top 3 sites. if you have more topical authority than another site you can outrank them(top site has post about top 20 games for download with info, you do top 30 games with info). Yea you need lower comp keywords starting out like long tail keywords, 100-1k search. Ex keyword: “how to make my cat happy”

You should analyze industry trends and perform competitor analysis to discover new keywords. Many tools like semrush and ahrefs would be beneficial for you as well.
