How do you deal with procrastination?

A therapist friend of mine recommends: Ask yourself the question 'is this can be done in less than 5 minutes?'If the answer is yes, do it.

Try to do all the 5 minutes tasks of the day. Then do the 10 minutes ones, and so on.

Plan a week-day to clean and organize. Then when everything's nice and clean, set an hour everyday to order your stuff, so, every week you don't need to clean a big mess but a very smaller mess that you've controlling all week.

And try to do the same with very task. Do a bit everyday so it doesn't accumulate inmensely and it becomes an overwhelming task to do.

At least works for her perfectly

I'm a pro at weed smoking, power napping and procrastination but i fixed the problem times ago... i made a app developper degree, realized bots work for you for free and started getting into automation... since that... my job is between a do/while loop

How did you fix the problem? That's the main question here, not achievements.

well you right... but let say i didnt fix the problem but i fixed the whole thing around so its not a problem anymore. Can it count for a good answer?

I don't, I've seen this thread on 22th but I actually answered today because "I can answer later" man.

I take notes on a piece of paper and cross them out after I've completed them. My priority is to finish everything written.
