How do you create your article outline?

I've done my keyword research and now my next step is creating article outline.

I am not sure if I'm doing it right but basically I am just modelling everything what I see on the top serps.

Is there something I should do? or maybe a guide here or a youtube tutorial?

Please help.

A perfect oultine provide a real meanings of organizing your information in an hierarchical or logical order.

Write down your objective
Create a list of all the main points you want to make
Organize, revise, and eliminate
If Possible, Include a Little Description With Your Points to Make it Easy to Write Them
