How do you create these Web2 blogs?

Wordpress has multiple urls such as

home.blog
news.blog
business.blog

etc,

Every time I try and create a site with that url, it just leads me to creating a Wordpress.com blog.

How do you create a blog on those domains mentioned?

That's the main service they are all using.

Maybe deeper after registration there will be an option to select specific domain.
 
You can select that while creating the web 2,
If it remembers it right, it should be while selecting the subdomain
 
You will have this option once you reach the part where you choose the subdomain

It just gave me a number: 3867.business.blog

Is it possible to customize the 3867?
