Hi I would like to know how you create multiple accounts on the social bookmarking sites?

I can't seem to get past reddit with the trial version of hide my IP or hotspotshield.

How do you create multiple accounts on social bookmarking sites?

Did you clear all your tracks? Clear your history, cookies, temp files saved by the particular site, even use a different browser if necessary.

Yes, clear all private data from the browser, restart the browser. And most important you should use an anonymous proxy insead of the free tools you are mentioning.

cookies, history and stuff yes.

Do you know any good programs to hide my IP?

and that's cost money I will first start using that when I have some money to spare.

Well you can find some for free and filter them with the right tools, have a look in the proxy section ;-) But yeah if you buy one it's easier ..

Try to find some newer public anonymous proxies, less than a hour old. These shouldn't be banned so quickly.
