How do you create multiple 24/7 Livestreams?

Livestreams are a very popular thing right now and a bunch of Giveaways, cartoons, music streams have been popping up everywhere. People like CodeNameBlack have just been streaming the same footage 24/7 on 3 different live streams all day and all night.

Is there some special way of doing it where it doesn't eat up your wifi and power? And you're able to manage a lot of them at the same time?

Upload your footage to a VPS and stream it through OBS(Open Broadcaster) or XSplit or Wirecast. That's how it's done on popular Livestream channels.
