How do you create an individual seller account on amazon?

Second time this happens. I try to create an individual seller account on Amazon and I CLICK on "Create an individual seller account", then it brings me to the formalities. I Start filling up the information and (twice this time), it brings me to a "put your credit card information" part, and whenever I try to go back it wont let me. No matter what I do, whenever I log into that account it will bring me into the middle of the registration.

This is the second time (with a second email) that happens to me, could anyone for the love of god explain to me how to create an individual selling account on amazon? I dont plan on paying any fees to them, I just need to sell a couple of items to get the money rolling to get my shopify store / start selling on the FBA program, but for the love of god please help me.

Contacted amazon customer support, their best answer was for me to complete the registration and that they would "return" my money once I cancel the plan.

I see that you are having issues with the CC part, it's only taking 0.01 penny, are you having trouble to escaping this amount of money?
