How do you control emotions in bull market?

Many members here saying that next crypto bull run has already started. It can be very tempting and influence investors to invest more than what they can afford. How can we control our emotions and be more rational in this situation?

Well that's the whole point of being successful in trading/investing in general, being able to control your emotions and be completely rational. I can't handle that either so I moved away from it.
 
It is very important to have the rest of your life in order. This includes your daily routines, relationships, business, finances.

A big reason people are unable to control their emotions in trading and lose a lot is because they do make emotional decisions trying to compensate for the lack of something else in their lives.
 
I don't invest more than I'm willing to lose. And I feel calm.

I set a target 1-2 years ago when there was no hype. Even if I get convinced otherwise, I MUST stick to the plan. The brain is stupid.

The best way is to understand the fundamental and technical analysis of any market.
 
The trick is to make a plan before you start investing and stick to it. Dont get tricked by greed and end up being a bag-holder.

If you initially wanted to cash out on a 2x, do it and dont FOMO.

don't FOMO. you can take profit 25% or 50% , and when it's dip again you can reinvest it .
