How Do You Contact Instagram or Facebook Support?

Hi BHW Community,

Hope everyone is doing well. I have been locked out of my Instagram business account and lost access to Google Authenticator and the Selfie Video Verification keeps getting denied or unable to upload. Does anybody have a contact email or link to get in touch with the Instagram/Facebook Support Team? I used to be able to contact them through FaceBook Ads Manager, but they seemed to have removed the chat support button or hidden it very well. Any help is greatly appreciated. Reaching Instagram support directly is tough, but you can try troubleshooting via their Help Center, reporting an issue from within the app, contacting Facebook Business Support, or publicly reaching out on Twitter to @Instagram for visibility.
 
Not all profiles have that option
So even if we give you the exact link it won't show the same on some profile that don't have the option to contact support

This, and yeah its really tough to get their reply. Unless you are a big personality or spend millions in ads with them
 
I believe smoke signals are the most effective in this case :)
 
I have contacted them through the Facebook app from the service and support section and they have given me an answer there.
 
Now is really difficult to contact them, facebook or instagram, I tried to recover an instagram account and no succes to contact them tried for 1 month :(
 
Getting direct support is not as good as you think but you can apply to instagram support and told them all the issues you are facing maybe they will help if not I suggest you try different support portals of instagram. Normally this is their support email support@instagram.com
 
You need to work directly with a rep or at least pay someone that has access to a media portal.
