How do you concentrate(think) ?

    Guys I know it sound so stupid but I've got a problem with my mind maybe you can help me .
    As you know while I'm writing these sentences I'm using my brain .
    But whenever I try to do/make/read something , I want to track how I'm thinking while I'm doing something .
    I know it's so complicated but I've realized when I'm tracking these things, I tighten my neck .
    So I cant move/do/read comfortable. I become nervous .
    So it always happens when I try to do something .
    So what should i do when I do something ?
    Should i firstly , loosen my neck and then try to think ?

    tighten you sphincter. then you can't tighten your neck.

    Analysts speculate that we're be subject to obtaining a billion stimuli each and every minute in our mind. With this quantity, the brain handles to get rid of most but you will find about 100 sensations stored for continuing processing every minute. And a lot of the stimuli obtained is in the kind of sounds. For me even my surrounding is very noisy I hardly concentrate what I am doing... :)

    First check with your doctor sounds like you may have something wrong.

    Second to answer your question. I start my day with exercise and a good breakfast. I then go over my plan for the day understanding it and understanding all the steps in my first task. Its not until I know step by step what I need to do that I will sit at my laptop. Since I started doing this a while back my efficiency has increased dramatically.

    Maybe you need to see a doctor about A.D.D. You could get a prescription of Adderal and have no trouble concentrating. You can also jog every morning after a small meal. Make sure you're getting a good amount of protein every morning. Myself, I make a good amount of money, but it's never enough. So that's the key to my concentration.

    I second the idea of seeing a doctor about a possible A.D.D. issue. I did this a year ago, got my dr. to give me methylin ER. It has been life changing, seriously. Personally I think adderal is evil and i cant stand it, but it definitely gets the job done. To each their own.

    Without going the medical route, find a way to relax. Find a tea or other beverage that calms you. Make your environment comfortable, I find that my physical surrounds, background noise, and environment settings all have a big role on my concentration. Maybe try some type of meditation?

    If it's a new program your not comfy with then don't worry about a screw up. Learn from it and give it another shot.

    Eat a boiled egg every hour you work to keep omega's up and dutch oven hot.
