How do you Clone & setup Multiple Niche sites using the same setup?

I am setting up multiple niche sites at this time. I need advice from niche site creators in this forum or anyone having experience in multiple site setup.

I need the plugins, themes and configurations cloned to the new sites without the posts and also must be able to do it through the front end. It is really time consuming doing the same for 100+ sites. If i find a way doing this, It will save me a lot of time.
