How do you check who unfollowed?

Now that Crowdfire features are all gone, what other alternative do you use to check who unfollowed you?
There is just a massive set of people(competitors) in my niche follow/unfollowing me and I want to know who they are so I can unfollow them as well. Mostly because I wish to follow quality people who matter.
It's a bit of an irony since I was planning to do the follow/unfollow as well.

Or am I overlooking this? Should I just not care?

Most bots have the "don't unfollow those who follow" feature, so when you go on your unfollowing spree, you won't have to worry about unfollowing those who follow you back.

I do this on my own bots, but I'm sure the most popular solutions have this built in.

I actually just wish to know recent unfollowers, to have knowledge of the specific people who are following/unfollowing. But it seems instagram API has been updated so that 3rd party analytical websites cant give you this information anymore.
