how do you check if the backlink is worth

hey guys i have been facing a issue in checking the backlinks to use it for my website or not as there are many spammy and trash links in the market so kindly guide me to how to check a backlinks if its worth

Don’t judge a backlink only by DA or DR. Check whether the site gets real organic traffic, is relevant to your niche, has quality content, and has a natural looking backlink profile.
 
Focus on the anchor tests on the site. If the most links are filled with random keywords, I think that can be a nad sign.
 
Look at the website’s traffic and referring domains, then check if the links look natural. If it’s full of spam, skip it
 

if your DA PA isnt improving i wouldnt say its not worth, like if you are getting real genuine traffic everything's alright your backlinks are worth but if its not getting any real traffic you either have to change backlinks or focus on technical and ONPAGE SEO more​

 
I usually check if the site is relevant, has real traffic and looks active. If its full of random links or paid posts, I skip it.

Check organic traffic on the linking domain first - if it's near zero, skip it regardless of DR. Relevance to your niche matters more than metrics.

Traffic and relevance are the first things that I check. If those are valid I continue to acquire the Backlink.
