How do you check if domain is good for PBN?

Hey, let's say you want to buy an already existing PBN (domain, host, etc, all of that). Existing PBN has been around for 2 months and has only 2 articles (non-relevant niche).

No spam in anchors or backlinks. When I type into google "domain.com", it's indexed as #1 (which as far as I know means it's not penalized?)

What other checks do you make?

Well once it's already build and indexed, it's better not to know its history. You are checking the domain prior to building PBN out of it.

Yeah, but PBN is already built on it, you are looking to buy it
 
So how can you check whether it's okay, because it makes sense to buy 2nd hand PBN, if everything is fine with it
 
I do it for a living mate. If it were so easy, I would be out of business. Actually, it's not hard, but 95% people can't follow the simplest of instructions. Still, I do not share that info. Check anchors, archive, domaintools screenshots, hosting history, etc. That is enough.
 
Yeah, @Nargil is making correct point on this. You can build your own PBN instead of spending some money on other PBN network which already build for some other purpose and some other niche
 
Why would anyone want to sell a PBN is the first question I would be asking, as one of the possible answers to that is that it doesn't work,
By the sounds of saying that this particular PBN is 2 pages big, if they are average length, then thats not a very well maintained PBN.
Whats the rush to buy it? Is it a sweet ass deal?
 
Check how it ranks for its keywords. Search domain name without tld on google and see where they appear. Also, search a snippet of text frm the domain on google to see where it ranks. The higher the better.
 
- Check the backlink profile if they are natural
- Check the Anchor if anything look suspicious
- Check the archive if the domain has been used previously for spamming (when you search from scratch, you would find 80-90% of domain spammed in past).
- Other metrics (Like DA, TF, CF) are supplementary but could be a good indication
