I have been thinking of hiring writers. 2 Questions:

1. Where is the best place to find cheap original articles - less than $5 each?

2. How should I check if they are duplicate content?

1. for cheap articles, try RAC (rentacoder.com) look for the reputations and the tasks done of the bidders

2. you can check http://www.copyscape.com to check for duplicate content. its fast and the best.

Just for advice, beware of ordering big number of articles to untested writer.
Test with small number first.

I have messed up and loss money to two too good too be true article writing service on DP and WF....
