How do you call this SEO technique?

Hello BHW community!

I am finding lately a lot of news sites results for high paying keywords. Google is showing me after the ADS instead of aged content sites recently published articles (paid). How do I call that kind of SEO service (ranking news articles on top) when I am looking for such a service?

You might be talking about press release sites if I’m guessing correctly. There’s a few press release services here in the forum Marketplace

To appear in the Google News as you call, you need to have both high reputation + follow the Publisher's center guidelines:

You must be looking at things like affiliate products (clickbank, jvzoo, etc) and CPA. Many new and media sites easily rank because Google considers them to be legit sources of information unlike affiliate websites and content sites. You can publish your own content on those sites through press releases. You should first list out the target sites and specifically ask sellers for those sites.

It's quite hard to get approved for google news
