By not uploading copyrighted material.
How would you prevent someone to file a DMCA takedown request against your video when you're infringing on their rights?
You can try tricks what works/worked on Youtube: speed up the video a bit, slow it down, cut it into pieces etc, plus remove the original watermark, if there's any. But that will only fool automated filters, if someone recognizes their video, it still can get reported and that's when you're helpless.

Real amateur stuff. The net is full of amateur content, porn forums, Twitter, other places with user submitted videos. Look for less popular, lesser known posters with little following on Twitter, so there will be only a little chance to get caught stealing the content.
Or for instance i'm not a native English speaker, i'm not from the US and i know of a place with user submitted amateur videos, which is a domestic site on my native tongue and i'm pretty sure those videos were never uploaded to anywhere else than that site. If i were to upload them, no-one would notice, at least for a great while for sure.
Try to find content in such places.

However I have to chane lil bit:
Domestic video uploads would be another problem according to domestic law and privacy. Maybe you can give us some french, german, taiwan , jav private forums with links ? Just Site names would be okay.
