I have a subscription to Moz and need to check the DA and PA of about 5000 domains. How do you do this? I have no clue?

Try Netpeak Checker or with Scrapebox if you have...

You can only check 200 at a time though.

There are few tools which gives good bulk check.

Most of tools are very limited and you need many hours to check 5K domains, As you have Moz account, Google docs is best option for you,

Other tools are better for this type of work...

On a side note you might need to check up a bit in the help section of MOZ or figure a way to work this with ScrapeBox.

registering for Moz's free trial might be useful, simply make sure to cancel before the trial ends to avoid getting charged.

Look for domdetailer in the marketplace, its a paid tool but best at what it does.

just realized that scrapebox has this functionality (MOZ Lookup) and it works 100 times better than any excel or google docs.

at 25 URL's per search, no thanks. it is pretty much useless service.

Scrapebox can do it just spread the entire 5000 checks.
