How do you build trust in a first time client?

Hello! Recently, I've been trying a new method by reaching out to some larger pages. Long story short. Part of my process includes a download. In all honesty it is 100% safe. But if someone messaged be about an idea and said "Oh yeah download this". I would probably just block them. How would you guys combat an objection? Or should I just move on?

Show them that it's virus free.
