Literally the contacts

Before going to the event check the niche

for instance you are marketer and even is for IT, you might find less interesting people for you

don't forget that many employers are going there too

honestly. you dont have to meet ceo's. if youre able to make an impression. it can help you get a foot in many places. When it comes to jobs. references are what work best nowadays
