I have a video and I'm trying to backlink it does backlink mean to put a bunch of url shortner on it?

No it doesn't mean that. Get on the internet and do some research about search engine optimization (SEO) and backlinks, and then come back to this forum with a more meaningful question

I am doing Manual Backlinks for SERP improvement and it does not backlink mean to put a bunch of url shortner on it.

How many backlinks per day you generate for your YT video these days? And do you use one IP to do so?
