How do you avoid Instagram account bans while using automation tools?

I’m running multiple Instagram accounts for a project, but they’re constantly getting flagged. What strategies or tools do you use to avoid Instagram’s spam detection?

Warm up your account slowly, avoid repetitive spamming, and don't use risky automated tools. Use your own IP and device, and your content should be natural and varied — in general, act like a real person.

Use the one with better human emulation. Btw which tool you're currently using? (if you don't mind telling)
 
with api software instagram accounts will eventually banned. try to do automation with real devices.

The best is to use cheap VAs from Pakistan or India and have them do the work for you.
 
You need to have a proxy for each account and act like a human, not like a machine
 
i used automation before and learned the hard way. warm the account first with real likes and comments, use mobile or residential proxies and a clean profile, keep actions slow and random not mass blasts, rotate devices or profiles, avoid sending many DMs or follow/unfollow in short time, test one account small first and watch for warnings, and always keep some real manual activity so it looks human.
 
Use low action limits, randomized delays, warm accounts, residential proxies, and realistic profiles test small before scaling. Avoid mass follows. :confused: :smirk:
 
Instagram should see accounts opened via phone, not computer, and should use a residential proxy, minimizing tasks like comments.
 
This is non-negotiable. Do not use Datacenter or standard Residential proxies. Instagram trusts mobile carrier IPs (AT&T, Verizon, etc.) because thousands of real users share them. If one account on a mobile IP gets flagged, Instagram won't ban the whole IP because they'd be banning real users too.
 
Stop trying to automate everything at once, because those bots are just begging for a ban. You really need to stick to high-quality residential proxies and keep your activity patterns looking human
 
Warm up slowly, avoid spam, use your own IP/device, and act naturally.

Log in to each account one by one, opening them gradually. Avoid posting the same thing repeatedly.
 
Make sure that your proxies are clean and high quality. Use real phones and don't use too many accounts under one IP address.
 
Honestly, most bans come from aggressive automation patterns. Keep actions slow and human like, warm up accounts gradually, avoid repeated scripts, and mix manual activity. Using aged accounts and consistent IP/device behavior also reduces flags significantly.
 
if your bots are acting like, bots, instagram's gonna snatch 'em right up. You gotta make 'em look super human with good proxies and not spamming like it's your job from day one
 
Good proxies, varied content, regular publications, no need to publish too much at once, the account's interests should coincide with the topic you're working on, and human behavior
