How Do You Avoid Facebook Checkpoints? Need Help!

Hi!
Before posting on Facebook groups and commenting, what methods do you use to avoid the checkpoint? I use Dolphin Anty and Proxy Residential, 5 euros for 100 Turkish or American residential IPs. However,I still keep getting checkpoints, and I can't figure out why. I post on Facebook groups once every 5 minutes, use different pictures and words, but I still end up getting checkpointed. Any suggestions or ideas on what I could do?

Absolutely not due to IP, because your operation is too fast. Slow down like a real user
 
5 minutes is not long enough for Facebook to judge you as someone who operates normally and does not spam. You should take things slower and interact like a normal person
 
You need to log in and leave it there for a long time, Facebook will recognize you as a normal user and will limit your chances of getting Checkpoints.
 
Use it like a normal user first, we will understand it as warming it up before starting, bro

You need to login and increase your interaction level to increase your recognition with facebook, then you will be able to open the restriction.
 
Please review your actions, maybe it is too fast and robotic.
 
if you do same task repeatedly then you will get checkpoint, better if you switch to different task slowly and go on with your main task. For example post something then chat with people, give it a rest and interreact with peoples in comments, watch reals, react to videos, increase your watch time etc and again do you main task and give it a rest. Better if you don't login many time on different devices or better to use cookies to login when you switch to other task. By doing all this slowly and steadily you can decrease the number of checkpoints.
 
The time is too short for Facebook to judge whether you have unusual behavior or not. I think you should wait a little longer each time you comment so Facebook doesn't suspect it's spam
 
Please interact with the profile by liking posts, watching videos and messaging other profiles, please take it slow.
 
Reduce the behavior of posting and commenting frequently in a short period of time.

You should not do everything in a short time, Facebook will scan it and put it in spam error. You should try again with another stronger account.
 
The simplest and most effective way is to keep your account in good interaction. Accounts are checkpointed due to unusual factors mainly due to 2 main reasons: network IP, Second, the account has suspicious interactions: making friends with strangers, posting similar content many times, poor interaction then after a while interacting too much

Hi !
You can refer to a few tips below:
1. You have used a clean IP via Dolphin Anty, so that's good, but please check the proxy again. You can change to a new proxy and try again. Use many different Proxies to try.
2. The time you post is 5 minutes too short, please schedule a longer posting time maybe 25 - 40 minutes at a time. So FB will appreciate it more and not report your post as Spam.

Hello! I understand your advice, but I think that a posting time of 25 - 40 minutes is too much. This would mean I could only make 24 posts in a 24-hour day, which is inefficient for me. I prefer to keep my current pace and focus on the quality and relevance of the content to avoid being reported as spam.

Wait around 20 minutes for another action. If you need it to be faster than switch to another account
