Dont use VPNs. Good trusted non flagged proxy, residential or mobile. Rent good quality number for that specific service. Use containers, or ADBrowsers. And search or pay updated methods. Good luck homie!

The best approach is to use multiple devices. Facebook doesn’t rely solely on your VPN to track your activity
 
Sometimes I am quite confused with FB when FB banned my long time account for downloading information without giving me any appeal. Then I created a new account on my own phone, using real information and taking selfie videos. But all in vain because it was banned again.
