How do you automatically scan platforms for price arbitrage?

They say that you can scan aliexpress or amazon in order to find products you can list higher on ebay, I currently use yaballe software but I can't find that function, what software do you use to do that? I have searched the entire web and can't find it anything yet about how it's done.
