I saw my competitors had a ranking boost between February 2019 and March 2019. Do you recommend any really good tools? I have used SEO SpyGlass but I don't know if it's a really good tool.

One tool is never enough to track holistic view of your competitor's SEO landscape.
There are bunch of tools that will help you out.
Some of it are Ubersuggest for keyword traffic.
Ahref - for all aspects
for analysing backlink profile - i prefer Majestic
semrush - an another option
similarweb also helps you out..
