    Hi guys

Seems like a basic mod but can't figure out how to do it! :(

Basically I want the home page to show my latest posts. Along the top in the navigation bar I have the pages i.e. Keyword 1, keyword 2 etc etc.

When I make a blog post about keyword 2 I want it to show on the homepage and I want it to show in the "keyword 2" page! I understand how to to this using categories in the navigation bar by setting them up in the "Menus" tab. But I want to add 1000+ words, plus video and images about the keyword in the Page (about keyword 2) and then a list of the Posts about keyword 2.

How do I do this? your help will be greatly appreciated!

I am using the Newsdesk magazine theme.

I think you must do some programing there. Create one special page for listing post category on that page.

well in the settings you can make the front page a static page and ONE page to assign all the posts too. BUT I want to pick and choose where the posts go. i.e. keyword 1 posts too keyword 1 page, keyword 2 posts to keyword 2 pages etc.

Cant seem to do it without making swapping out the pages in the navigation bar with categories pages. But categories pages are shit for SEO and I want to build a silo.

You can setup a PAGE with the content you want, and then use plugin like wordpress. org /plugins/list-category-posts/ to insert blog posts to it using shortcode.

Just find a programmer and order him a plugin with your own specifications. Shouldn't be too expensive, it's just a few lines into the loop.

It's pretty basic. You better get started with the video tutorials. There's no harm in trying to make it work all by yourself. Just in case it doesn't work you must hire a WP developer to get you out of the woods.
