How do you add like button

Hi, im trying to build up a facebook page using using viral videos. I see other pages post when they are shared in groups have a like page button in the post, how do I add this to my posts?

My post dont have the like button like this so the actual likes i receive on my page are lower than they actually could be, my first video has 9.5k views and has gotten only like 200 likes for my page.
