I tried it. It's resource heavy, slow, navigating is pain. You also can't have multiple profiles and managing proxies on android is also a pain. It also has very unusual fingerprint (i think), which makes it easy to detect as an emulator. It's a mobile gaming platform after all.
Do you use any kind of software or script for managing cookies and user agent or do you have separate profiles for each account?

Separate browser, but again, I don't manage too many accounts.

Yes, it is working.
But if youre already on insta and you switch to mobile view, you must refresh the page in order to see the upload button.
